I mean, it's like, it's not sort of like I don't see everyone sort of sitting with a pencil and a pad of paper learning some skill. Well, obviously you see the abuse. And let's face it, Government I don't find is particularly efficient or effective at what it does. And this has just highlighted the problem. Basically, government has become far too big to manage. It's not managed properly. So the way you really need to attack is you need to start reducing their budgets. (03:01–03:06)
