Those subsidies go away. And because they're not eligible for Medicare and because of Obamacare, their premiums literally are in the $30,000 plus range. Government caused those premiums, Government gave the subsidies, lured them in retirement, now they're pulling them away. That's about 1.6 million people. It's not 340 million Americans, it's 1.6 million people. We can take care of them temporarily for a couple billion dollars, pay for it with real reforms. (04:34–04:41)
