So that is something we need to be concerned about. The conclusion of our hearing, by the way, at least from my standpoint, was Diplomacy has not worked, probably won't work [with North Korea]. There are a number of high level defections, or they're beginning to be high level defections from Korea. We need to encourage those. We need to provide safe haven for those individuals.
