And President Obama in August of 2012 drew a red line on use of chemical weapons. By 2013, there had been 100,000 Syrians slaughtered. And of course Bashar Assad crossed that red line and we did nothing. By 2014, there are more than 200,000 Syrians slaughtered. 2015 were definitely above that. And now we've got 7.6 million Syrians displaced within Syria, 4 million refugees, and we're starting to see hundreds of thousands flow into Europe. (01:11–01:16)
