Anybody else like to speak to the bill? Before we move on to amendments, I'd like to bring up amendment number one. It's a Johnson Baldwin amendment. Now, it's pretty simple. Amendment requires the Office of Inspector General to post reports, investigations and audits on their website within three days of it being submitted in final form to the head of an agency. There's been some confusion. The current IG act requires them to be made publicly available, which does not really require them to post it. (00:09–00:20)
CLAIM
Asserts that the amendment mandates timely posting of Inspector General reports for transparency.
