Well, a part of it is, you know, a dollar of it is. But in that case, $1.70 is somebody else's money. A medium earner gets $1.88 for every dollar they pay in. A high income earner actually gets a buck 55 for every dollar. That's if you are a one or a couple. Now if you're a single male and you're high income, you get 83 cents for every dollar.
