And here's the thing, our proposal, you know, you want to tax someone that's got 10 Airbnbs, fine. You're going to tax someone, you know, some guy from Brazil that buys a house in Coconut Grove, tax, fine. But our residents that have that homestead property, we think that needs to be sacrosanct. So that's going to be, that's going to be a huge thing. But I don't think you'll find a better state to be in from a taxpayer's perspective if we get that done. (28:00–28:12)
