Because like, the state's doing well, we've now paid down the debt. When you pay down the debt, it saves on principle because we get the bonds cheaper, but then it saves on interest. So We've saved over $1 billion on interest costs. And that number is going to go up, you know, as we continue with the debt repayment program. So, you know, you just got to make these choices.
