But I really believe you can learn by doing. And so we have really put forward an emphasis on apprenticeship and pre apprenticeship programs. And We've now reached the historic milestone there. 25,000 active participants statewide right now in apprenticeship and pre apprenticeship programs. That's an 11% increase year over year.
