But I'll tell you, there's nothing we can do that would be more significant than this property tax. I mean, because people are having to fork over a lot of money and, and We've had $32 billion taxes, people tax 32 billion for property tax in 2019. Now it's 60 billion. So that's almost 100% increase in seven years. That is not sustainable.
