They try to earn trust and then they go into these areas, these foreboding areas. We've also increased penalties for child exploitation crimes such as promoting sexual performances or possessing child pornography. We've also established a grant program with an FDLE to create online sting operations to target sexual predators. And we created stricter guidelines for sexual offender registration.
