And as you get into northern Florida, you know, it's more similar to, like, Georgia or Alabama or Mississippi in terms of those. And there's always changes that happen even with all of that. But I would say, you know, We probably have the most diverse state, you know, in the country, that you can go from Pensacola to South beach, and you're in the same state, you're very far away, but then culturally, you're probably even further away. So there's definitely something here for everybody. Because, look, Miami is doing really well. Right. But that's not for everybody. I mean, some people have young kids would rather be in other areas.
