Even adjusted for inflation. If you look at our crime rates at a 50 year low just during my tenure, we've retired 54% of the state's debt. We have the lowest per capita debt of any state in the United States. Of course, we have no income tax, which we're proud of and we'll keep it that way and have worked hard to do major projects even as we've reduced our state budget four years in a row. (01:09–01:14)
