Why did you take the lead leadership there in Florida? Well, we actually were, were coming out of having all that had already happened in Florida over many decades. So We had a very liberal Supreme Court for decades. They ruled that the Florida constitution, which does not mention abortion, created this regime that was actually more radical than the Planned Parenthood versus Casey regime. that was enacted by the Supreme Court in 92, kind of on the heels deals of Roe in 73. And so when we were doing heartbeat bill that we also had to navigate the court, our own court on that. (32:25–32:46)
