The one thing in terms of helping people with affordability that we control through our constitution, in this case with the ballot initiative, is the tax. And the reality is, as I mentioned yesterday in my speech, We had $32 billion that local governments in Florida took in in property tax in 2019, last year 56 billion. So that's a massive increase. Why? Because more people have moved here. Valuations have gone up, assessments have gone up. (49:41–49:52)
