And so we looked at it and said, okay, how do we do this? And we have this homestead system in Florida. If you're a resident, you could claim a homestead. It's a big benefit. We could eliminate all tax on homestead and they would still have 35% more revenue than they had seven years ago. And so for me, I'm like, that's a vision that I want to see.
