So we've gone about it the other way, different. And we've always been very supportive of taxpayers. So we have no income tax in Florida, which obviously everybody knows, but We also have one of the lowest tax burdens per capita state tax burdens per capita in the entire United States. And we intend to keep it that way. And we are always looking for ways to, to return money to the taxpayers in a variety of ways. And we've done that. (03:54–04:04)
