So it's a lot of personnel overall who are involved in this field. We want to make sure that we're creating that pipeline. So This is bringing together the Florida Division of Emergency Management, Florida Department of Education, Florida Commerce, higher education institutions and private sector partners. to build this stronger workforce pipeline for the future. We are the best in this field now of anywhere. But I think this initiative shows we're not satisfied with simply being better than everybody else. (10:09–10:20)
