Well, but there's a difference between observing what's happened and then predicting catastrophe in the future. And there have been a lot of predictions of catastrophe. I know as Florida people. There's people that said Florida would be underwater by the 2000 and 20s, you know, and that hasn't happened. But the issue is, okay, what are you going to do?
