This is something that's important for our communities to have good people in uniform, but it's also something that could be very rewarding as a career. And so we put our money where our mouth is. The reap budget I just signed, we got about $50 million in pay increases for our state sworn law enforcement officers. And that includes increase in the minimum annual base pay for state, state LEOs and a 15% increase for our veteran law enforcement officers, which is very meaningful. (04:07–04:17)
