Our Constitution in the state of Florida says only American citizens are allowed to vote in our elections. And so we need to make sure that that is the law. The bill also requires all voting to be done using paper ballots, allowing for a verifiable hard copy in the event of a recount. And we keep all that. The super, we don't. The state, the supervisors do. You have some of these elections that are very close and sometimes there are. (18:21–18:32)
