And we've done a lot on local governments and that's made a lot of news because quite frankly, you've seen real significant overspending. People are paying more in property tax because their property values are going up. And Rather than reducing property taxes and returning those to the taxpayer, the excess, they're spending it. And that's happening really across the state, and it's happening not just in blue counties, but in red counties as well. (01:02–01:10)
