So any of the things that have been discussed, would any of those Policies discussed, if implemented in an AI Bill of Rights in Florida, would not prevent tech companies from developing applications that could cure cancer or help with military superiority. Absolutely not. It's just a great canard to say otherwise. If anything, by creating liability on applications that are harmful, it will drive capital and investment away from malhuman investment that's going on today to actually productive usages.
