If you stopped them in the sea, then they would go to the Coast Guard, the Coast Guard would take back to Haiti or wherever they came from. And so we've been able to, with us, filling the gaps in the Coast Guard, Our state operations and our vessels that we have used to interdict, responsible for the interdiction and the repatriation of 19,000 foreign nationals who would have been illegal aliens in this country. They have contraband, they have firearm, they have a whole bunch of stuff. Not every boat, but many of them do. And that's been a huge, huge success story. (35:18–35:34)
