You know, we're going to be conveying the land to the college and then they'll be able to negotiate use with the Rays in ways that I think will be mutually beneficial. We do have some state buildings that are currently in use. Our Department of Juvenile Justice has a building down the road here. They were already planning on leaving. and so that's going to happen anyways, regardless of what happens with this. We also have Florida Department of Law Enforcement. There's not plans to leave.
