And I think Major League Baseball saying it's like, look, you know, Florida is like, you know, the fastest growing state or certainly has been for most years of the last, you know, six or seven. It would be an admission of failure on baseball's part if they can't succeed, you know, in Florida, especially in a market like Tampa that is. That has grown tremendously and has a lot of people that, that really like baseball. So I think they're committed to making sure that it can succeed in Florida as well.
