So we will have in our bill of rights protections for Floridians with respect to AI data centers. We're going to protect rate payers. And In the state of Florida, we will prohibit all utilities from charging Florida residents more, whether that's water, electric, gas, you name it. In order to help support a hyperscale data center. we will also protect taxpayers by providing and prohibiting Subsidies to hyperscale data center construction.
