Because, you know, it's like these colleges, like, we have good colleges in this country, we have a lot of poor colleges that aren't worth the money they're charging now. In Florida, as a state resident, we haven't allowed them to raise tuition since I've been governor. So we have the lowest in state tuition in the country, $6,300 on average for a Florida resident.
