And so I think the opposition that you've seen was very predictable once people saw and did the cost benefit analysis. But everyone seems to agree that ratepayers shouldn't have to shoulder $0.01 from any of this. I think the key is when you know, you go to do that and make sure that those protections for ratepayers are enforceable and in law. well then behind the scenes you have something, you know, they're not so sure about that I think you need the protections.
