I don't think so. I don't think that, not that I'm aware of. So it's a one way ratchet and so you basically get stuck paying higher taxes. I think someone's personal residence, if it's homesteaded property, I think you got to be able to own it free and clear of the government. I think that that is what living in a free state ultimately means. No income tax and you can own your home free and clear without having to pay rent to the government. (07:14–07:23)
