We get all this stuff done. We had a bridge, bridges knocked out after Hurricane Ian. We rebuilt one in three days. We did the other in two weeks, the Sanibel Causeway. I think in some states, those [bridges] would have been out six months. I just think it's bureaucracy, it's red tape. We don't do it.
