And in terms of second Amendment, you know, we've made a lot of progress on this since I've been governor. I did sign legislation making Florida joining now a majority of the 50 states for constitutional carrying. You shouldn't need a permission slip to be able to exercise your rights. We also eliminated the ability for local governments to infringe on second Amendment rights during a so called state of emergency. (11:05–11:15)
