They were not going to be able to do mass deportations immediately because they didn't have the funding, they didn't have the personnel. So I did a special session of the Florida legislature in January of 2025, and we got legislation that mandates in Florida all state and local law enforcement to cooperate with DHS on deportations. And so the result of that is all the sheriff's departments in Florida have these 287 agreements with DHS. We have different places in the municipalities as well. (02:47–03:03)
