Taxes. We have no income tax and we never will as long as I have anything to say about that. And so it's interesting. California has the highest income tax, but they also have the highest sales tax. Our sales tax is 33% less than them. And yes, we are working on putting something on the ballot for our Florida residents and their homesteaded properties to actually make sure you own your home free and clear of the government without them using it as an ATM, so stay tuned on that.
