We have a very robust marketplace in terms of the amount of insurers that play in the state of Wisconsin. And so we should be proud of that. This last budget, I voted to sink another 265 million to buy down the risk pool, to try to hold down the increases that we're seeing across the board on commercial rates. And so trying to lower that risk, slow down the increase of premiums to allow you to be able to go onto the marketplace and buy that insurance. (11:12–11:24)
