But When you introduce a resolution and you only get five names on it out of 99, that's not a majority of a committee, that's not a majority of Republicans, it's not a majority of the legislature. So I imagine it's not going to go forward unless something changes, because the goodwill that has to happen is by getting the people in the chamber to agree on something, and it's nowhere near that consensus.
