We know that the US Supreme Court said that you can't have race and admissions. So that's got to be something. I think we should do more to attract the best and brightest to Wisconsin. We have a bill... which would say that if you're in the top 10% of any campus or the top 5% at UW Madison, you're automatically admitted. We have far too many smart kids, perhaps because of their race, perhaps because of some kind of other criteria that aren't admitted into UW Madison. That's a shame. (03:11–03:21)
