The idea that people don't have to work in the office, the idea that agencies are just going to explode with the amount of staff that they have and the ideas of what they're working on, I think we could do a better job. I want to find ways to use technology. I want to find ways to use AI. How do we drive down efficiencies to increase the product for our customers? So we might see a lot of this through the budget.
