Number one, you got to have a good tax and regulatory environment. That's something that we have done or we've strived to do over the last 10 years or so. When I joined the legislature in 2015, we had seven income tax brackets. The highest was 7.5%. Now we have two income tax brackets. The highest is 3.5%, lowest 2.75%.
