Well, I shouldn't say immediate, but a near term benefit to this and the self generators and the large scale investments that are going to be made once this signal gets sent out to the development community. I think you're also going to see As soon as companies go in for rate cases, many of these riders are going to go away pretty quickly. And so I would suspect that their rate cases filings, they're going to adjust to this pretty quickly and we'll see how it ends up after that process plays out. (17:02–17:08)
