And if there was a US Citizen that was being detained, we would be able to go in, ensure that US Citizen actually had access to a lawyer or facilities that were healthy or food and water. Right now there is no oversight happening in these facilities. So we have no idea what is happening. We're getting reports that people don't have access to lawyers, don't have access to family, in some cases don't have access to restroom facilities or actually having food and water. (38:13–38:18)
