One of the other problems is that one of the major problems is upcoding and it's just rampant fraud throughout the system, as you point out. And We are fixing [the rampant fraud] now for the first time. And I can tell you that we're already seeing some change in the discrepancy. This year we raised the premiums for we're proposing to raise the premiums for Medicare Advantage by 2%, whereas Medicaid and Medicare are going up by 5%. (27:35–27:38)
