Every child in Wisconsin was 8 years old. They found an autism rate of 0.7 per 10,000. So almost close to 1 in 20,000. Less than 1 in 10,000. Today the autism rates are nationally at 131. But it's actually much worse than that because California, which has the best system, reports an autism rate of 1 in every 19 children, 1 in every 12.5 boys. It's a national security issue. There is nothing more important. And I'm glad. I'm grateful to you, Mr. President, because you know the flak that you take from talking about this issue. (02:51–03:07)
