The measles outbreak is not an American phenomenon. It is global. It's happening all over the world. And we've done better under my leadership than any country in the world in limiting it. Last year we had approximately 2,200 cases. Mexico had almost more than three times that number. And they have one third of our population. Canada had double that number and they have one eighth of our population. Europe had almost 10 times that number and they only have double of our population. (01:42–01:52)
