What do you think the biggest threat is when it comes to Americans health today in terms of what we're eating? Ultra processed foods and too much sugars. I mean, those are. I'll give you an example. 20 years ago there was virtually no diabetes in China. And today 51% of the adult population is pre diabetic or diabetic. And it's because they built 20,000 fast food plants, places and they began importing American processed food. Processed food is poisoned, ultra processed food.
