It's just whether or not we can get real solid reforms through the assembly and the Senate and then get them to the governor's desk. And It's a different perspective there [Governor's Office]. So sometimes they share a perspective and sometimes they don't. So it can be a little harder to get some of those things through with the administration that we have.
