Well, following up on that, Rob, if the governor's right and if our tax collections general front tax collections are going to be 2 billion with a B short this year, do you cut spending or do you raise taxes and fees? You know, I don't know if the governor's numbers are right on the 2 billion, but I can tell you this, it's almost uncertain that it certainly is going to be a deficit in our tax revenues. We can see that we shut down the economy and having been in Madison for two terms now in the state legislature, the budget process is an enormous chunk of the first year of the biennium schedule.
