And I think a mission of the Keystone Mission and the entire idea is to is join apprenticeship training committees, training traits in the most underlying senses. I mean There's always going to be a need for electricians, there's always going to be a need for HVAC work, there's always going to be a need for truck drivers and heavy equipment operators.
