And the reason they delayed it is they didn't have the votes. The Iran war is very unpopular. It has led to gas prices going over $4 a gallon. It [the Iran war] has led to an increase in food costs because farmers can't get the ammonia and urea and nitrogen fertilizer from the Strait of Hormuz. And so we had the votes to end it.
