“Introduced in April, House Resolution 8418, also known as the Know youw Labor Rights act, seeks to strengthen workers voices by ensuring they're informed about their rights on the job. While many states already require this, the bill would standardize the practice nationwide. You're going to have this [information about labor rights] publicly posted and in places of employment. and part of your labor rights is knowing your right to organize. The legislation would also require employers to inform workers about their right to unionize, organize, and collectively bargain.” (00:23–00:29)
